Post Name and Vacancies for AAI Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of AAI recruitment 2023, applications are invited for the post of Consultant on a contractual basis. As mentioned in the official notification of AAI recruitment 2023, there are a total of 14 vacancies for the given post.

Salary for AAI Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of AAI recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 75000.

Allowances-

• Consultants shall not be entitled to any allowance such as Dearness Allowance (DA), Residential Telephone, Transport Facility, Personal Staff, Residential Accommodation, Medical Reimbursement, etc.
• AAI does not undertake any liability for providing any medical facility to the consultant or his dependents, which exists in AAI and there will be no other financial liability on the part of AAI, since the remuneration is inclusive of everything.

Qualification for AAI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for AAI recruitment 2023 must have the given below eligibility-

1- Retired ATCOs (from AAI) from the level of E-7/E-6 (Jt. General Manager/ Dy. General Manager) to be engaged as consultants.

2- One-month cooling period for consultants will not be required for ATCOs superannuated from AAI and consent for re-employment from retiring ATCOs can be taken beforehand prior to retirement.

3- Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.

4- The retired officials shall be medically fit and their age shall not be more than 70 years.

5- The eligible candidate should be clear from Vigilance / Disciplinary angle at the time of retirement. In this regard, the candidate has to submit a supporting document.

6- There should be no criminal case pending against the eligible candidate and this will be self-certified by the respective candidate.

7- In case of selection through an interview, the eligible candidate should be passed in the interview and should be selected based upon merit ranking.

8- Candidates, who have completed 05 years cumulative periods as consultants in AAI, shall not be considered for re-engagement as consultants as per existing policy.

Selection Procedure for AAI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews.

The appointment of retired ATCOs from AAI as consultants would be made through advertisement on AAI website, followed by Interviews as part of the selection process by Regional Headquarters, Western Region.
