AAI is hiring retired ATCOs from AAI for consultant post engagement in the ATM Discipline of AAI on a contractual basis for a period of 01 year. There are 14 vacancies for the given post.

Eligibility Criteria for AAI Recruitment 2023:

Applicants applying for the Consultant post must fit in the below-mentioned eligibility.

• ATCOs (from AAI) retired at the level of E-7/E-6 (Jt. General Manager/ Dy. General Manager) to be hired as consultants.
• A one-month cooling period for consultants will not be required for ATCOs who have been superannuated from AAI, and consent for re-employment from retiring ATCOs can be obtained prior to retirement.
• At least ten years of relevant experience.
• Retired officials must be medically fit and no older than 70 years old.
• At the time of retirement, the eligible candidate should be free of Vigilance / Disciplinary issues. Candidate must submit supporting documentation in this regard.
• There should be no pending criminal cases against the eligible candidate, which will be self-certified by the candidate.
• In the event of an interview, the eligible candidate must pass the interview and be chosen on the basis of merit.
• As per existing policy, candidates who have completed a cumulative period of 05 years as consultants in AAI will not be considered for re-engagement as consultants.

Salary for AAI Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of AAI Recruitment 2023, applicants will be paid a salary of  Rs.75000 per month.

Selection Procedure for AAI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on an Interview basis. AAI retired ATCOs would be appointed as consultants through an advertisement on the AAI website, followed by interviews as part of the selection process by Regional Headquarters, Western Region.
