AAI has released the official notification for filling the post of Chief of Flight Safety and Safety Manager. There are 02 openings to be filled for AAI Recruitment 2025.

Age Limit for AAI Recruitment 2025:

Candidates should have a maximum age of up to 65 years for applying to AAI Recruitment 2025. However, he/she can be re-engaged as a consultant maximum upto the age of 70 years subject to the level of expertise and health conditions required for the work. The age will be calculated as on 11.02.2025.

Salary for AAI Recruitment 2025:

The official notification of AAI Recruitment 2025 states that the chosen candidates will be paid a monthly remuneration/ monthly Package which will be negotiable as per Industry standard from Rs.75000 to 150000.

Annual Increment:

• An annual increment of 5% may be allowed on negotiable monthly Package.

Allowances:

• Consultants shall not be entitled for any allowance such as Dearness Allowances (DA), Residential Telephone, Transport Facility, Personal Staff, Residential Accommodation, Medical Reimbursement, etc

Tenure for AAI Recruitment 2025:

As stated in the official notification of AAI Recruitment 2025, the appointment is made on a contract basis and the chosen candidates will be hired for a period of 03 years, which is extendable for another 2 years subject to satisfactory performance and on mutual consent.

Eligibility Criteria for AAI Recruitment 2025:

The candidates must have the required eligibility as described below for applying to AAI Recruitment 2025.

For Chief of Flight Safety-

• A broad aviation/technical education.
• A sound knowledge of commercial operations, in particular flight operations procedures and activities.
• Experience as a flight crew member preferably on the type of aircraft operated by the AAI or Aviation Engineer. iv. Experience in aircraft accident/incident investigation, safety audits and accident prevention work of a minimum of ten years.
• The ability for clear expression in writing.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
• The ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the Company.
• Organisational ability.
• To be capable of working alone (at times under pressure).
• Good analytical skills.
• To exhibit leadership and an authoritative approach.
• Be worthy of commanding respect among peers and management officials.

For Safety Manager-

• The applicant should possess a technical background and at least five years of operational experience in aviation, to understand the systems that support operations or the product/service provided by the organization. These personnel could be Pilot/Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/ Dispatcher/ Load and Trim Sheet Personnel/ Cabin Crew.
• The applicant should be trained on the Safety Management System as per the requirements of para 1 Appendix ‘B’ to CAR Section 1 Series C Part I.
• The applicant should have a minimum of three years of experience either in Safety Management or quality management in aviation which may include accident/incident investigation, collection and analysis of safety data and the distribution of related safety information, audits and inspections etc.

Selection Process for AAI Recruitment 2025:

The candidates will be selected for AAI Recruitment 2025 through an advertisement on the AAI website, followed by a personal interview of eligible candidates shortlisted on the basis of the received application and attached document with the application.

The shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview. The date, time and venue of the personal interview will be intimated through email as mentioned by applicants in their applications and also published on the AAI website.
