Category II- Candidates must have done HSSLC or class 12th or equivalent can apply online for these posts. (For some posts, candidates should be class 12th passed from the science stream.)
Category III- Candidates must have Passed HSLC or equivalent can apply online for these posts.
Class-VIII- Candidates must have Minimum Eligibility should be 8th class pass Maximum HSSLC (Class-12) or equivalent examination passed.
HSLC– Minimum- Candidates must have Passed HSLC or equivalent can apply online for these posts.

HSLC with ITI- Candidates must have Minimum- Passed HSLC or equivalent examination along with ITI pass certificate in the trade of wireman/electrician/fitter/welder/Machinist/ Electronics Mechanic from Govt. of Assam approved institute Maximum- HSSLC (Class-12) or equivalent examination passed.
