Agneepath Recruitment Scheme announced by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Youth can Join Defense with Good Salary; Check Details Here
‘Agneepath Recruitment Scheme‘ was announced by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. Rajnath Singh stated that under the Agneepath Recruitment Scheme, youth will be recruited for four years in the army. They will also receive the service fund package when they leave their job. The youth who join the army under this scheme will be known as Agniveer.
In Agneepath Model Agniveers will be paid an Attraction Salary while on the job. After four years of army duty, the youth will be given greater possibilities in the future and will receive a credential from the army.
After four years of service, you will be eligible for a service fund package. The majority of the soldiers recruited using this method will be released after four years. Some of the jawans, though, will be permitted to continue working in the army. Youth aged 17.5 years to 21 years old will be eligible. The training phase will last between 10 weeks and 6 months.
Students in their 10th or 12th grades will be able to apply for this position. The first Agniveers will be recruited within 90 days.
If an Agniveer dies while serving the country, his family members will receive an amount ranging from Rs 50 to Rs 80 lakh, in addition to the service money and interest. Aside from that, the salary for the remaining employment (time) will be provided. Simultaneously, if any Agniveer becomes crippled, he will be compensated up to Rs 48 lakh. In addition, the pay for the remaining employment will be available. Merit-based recruiting will take place around the country. Those who pass the exam will be hired for four years.
Aside from that, 25% of soldiers who are skilled and capable will be able to stay in the army. However, this will only be possible if the army is recruiting at the moment. The army can also save crores of rupees as a result of this effort. On the one hand, fewer people will be required to provide pensions, while on the other side, wage savings will be realised. The plan will provide all Agniveers with an appealing monthly package of Rs.30,000 per month and up to Rs.40,000 per month in the fourth year. There is also a provision for an overall financial package, ‘Seva Nidhi,‘ for all candidates upon completion of four years.
The three service chiefs recently presented this strategy to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Youth will be eligible to join the army for a limited time under this system. Agneepath Scheme is the name given to this scheme. This allows young people to join the army for four years and serve their country. Youth who have a desire to serve their country will be given the opportunity. There will be opportunities for both short and long-term employment in the army in each of the three armies.
