As per the AIC Recruitment notification, there are 50 vacancies. Candidates will be appointed for 1 year training period. Selected candidates will get Rs. 60000 per month during the training period.
AIC is a specialty and one of the largest Crop Insurance Companies in the Indian non-life Insurance Sector, having a market share of about 50% in Crop Insurance and aiming to cover the huge protection gap lying uninsured with respect to other risks related to agriculture and allied activities of the farmers. As per AIC Recruitment 2023 notification, there are total 50 vacancies for the post of Management Trainee.
Applicant must have graduated in Arts/Science/Commerce/Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/Management/Statistics/HR/Others with 60% marks (55 % marks for SC/ST) from a recognized university/institute.
Candidates applying for the above-mentioned post should have crossed the age of 21 and should not have crossed the age of 30 years eligible to apply.
Selected candidates for the post of Management Trainee will get Rs. 60000 per month for one year of training.
Candidates will be selected through an online examination and personal Interview.
