AIIMS Patna Recruitment 2022: All India Institute of Medical Science Patna has invited the Application for Professor, Additional Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor Posts in its Various department such as Anaesthesiology Anatomy, Biochemistry, Burns and Plastic Surgery, Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Community and Family Medicine, Dentistry, Dermatology, Endocrinology and Metabolism, etc. There are total number of Posts in the department of 111 which is break-up according to post-wise in the AIIMS Patna Recruitment 2022.
Interested Candidates can send the application form by post/courier to Recruitment Cell, AIIMS Patna within 7 working days from the cut-off date 9th January 2023 respectively. Candidate Sending an envelope containing the printout of the online application along with all relevant documents should be printed/written with “Application for the post of .., in the department of., and Advt.No. Application fees applying for the post category wise such as General/OBC Candidates – Rs.1500, EWS Candidates – Rs.1200, SC/ST Candidates – Rs.1200 PWBD Category exempted from the application fees.

Essential qualifications for the post of Professor, Additional Professor, or Associate Professor will remain the same as for the post of Assistant Professor of a similar discipline.
1. Professor
For Medical Candidates
Fourteen years of teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS in the respective discipline/Subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto. OR Twelve years of teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the degree of M.Ch./D.M. (2 years or 5 years course recognized after MBBS) in the respective discipline/Subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
For Non-Medical Candidates
Fourteen years of teaching and/or research experience in the respective discipline/subject after obtaining the doctorate degree.
2. Additional Professor
For Medical Candidates (For General Discipline)
Ten years of teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
For Super Specialty disciplines:
Eight years of teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M./M.Ch. (2 years or 5 years course recognized after MBBS) in the respective discipline/Subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto OR Seven years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject/discipline concerned for the candidates possessing 3 years recognized Degree of D.M./M.Ch. in the respective discipline/Subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto
3. Assistant Professor
For Medical Candidates (For General Discipline)
Ten years of teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
For Super Specialty disciplines
Eight years of teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M./M.Ch. (2 years or 5 years course recognized after MBBS) in the respective discipline/Subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto OR Seven years teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject/discipline concerned for the candidates possessing 3 years recognized Degree of D.M./M.Ch. in the respective discipline/Subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
4. Associate Professor
For Medical Candidates (For General Discipline)
Six years of teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject/discipline concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
For Super Specialty disciplines:–
Four years of teaching and/or research experience from a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M./M.Ch. (2 years or 5 years course recognized after MBBS) in the respective discipline/Subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
