AIIMS Raipur Recruitment 2023 for 39 Vacancies: Monthly Salary up to Rs. 142506, Check Posts, Eligibility and How to Apply
AIIMS Raipur Recruitment 2023: AIIMS Raipur, an apex healthcare institute, under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare is inviting online applications from Indian nationals/ persons registered as Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders for the post of Assistant Professor (Faculty – Group A) in various departments on a contract basis for a period of 11 months or till such time that alternate arrangements are made, whichever is earlier. There are 39 vacancies for the Posts in various departments in total at the moment.
The candidates selected for the posts will be paid a consolidated remuneration of amount Rs. 142506 p.m. Candidates who wish to apply may submit their application online mode. The portal for online registration will be available on the website of AIIMS Raipur from 10.01.2023 to 27.01.2023.

There are 39 various vacancies available for the Post at present.
The eligible candidate shall be below the age of 50 years (relaxable as per the Govt. of India rules). Age will be counted on the last date of submission of the online application i.e. 27.01.2023.
(A) Essential for Medical candidates (for General Disciplines):
1. A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the condition specified in section 13(3) of the Act).
2. A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/ subject.
Experience:
Three years of teaching and/or research experience in experience in a recognized institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D. /M.S. or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
(B) Essential for Super-specialty disciplines:
1) Same as Assistant Professor for Medical candidates (for General Discipline).
2) D.M. in the respective discipline/subject for Medical Super-specialties and M.Ch. in the respective discipline/subject for Surgical super specialties (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Experience:
One year of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M./ M.Ch. (2 years or 5 years recognized course after MBBS) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto. However, no experience is necessary for the candidates possessing the 3 years recognized degree of D.M./ M.Ch or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
The candidates selected for the posts will be paid a consolidated remuneration of amount Rs. 1,42,506 p.m.
Selection will be made on the basis of the performance of the candidate in the interview. Candidates called for an interview will have to produce all relevant original documents details of which are furnished in the online application form at the time of the interview. Interviews will be held at AIIMS Raipur or any other place /mode as decided by the Director, AIIMS Raipur.
The appointment is purely on CONTRACT BASIS for a period of 11 months or till such time the alternate arrangements are made, whichever is earlier, with effect from the date of joining. However, the contractual appointment shall not be extended beyond the period of two years.
A non-refundable application fee is required to be paid by candidates in online/digital mode only. Applications without the prescribed fee will not be considered. The application fee applicable to various categories are as follow:
(a) The candidate belonging to the General/OBC/EWS category will be required to pay Rs. 1,000.
(b) The Women/SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-servicemen candidates are not required to pay any application fee – Nil
Interested applicants who are fulfilling the eligibility criteria may submit their application only through ON-LINE mode. The portal for online registration and application for these posts will be available on the website of AIIMS Raipur from 10.01.2023 to 27.01.2023.
Candidates are required to mandatorily send a duly signed printout of the application form along with self-attested copies of the required documents by speed/registered post so as to reach the Recruitment Cell, AIIMS Raipur latest by 03.02.2023.
The envelope containing the printout of the application form and self-attested copies of documents should be super-scribed “Application for the Post of Assistant Professor (Contractual), Dept. of ………..”.
