Amritsar Air Customs, arrested three female passenger who arrived from Dubai by SpiceJet flight and seized 2046 grams gold (671+684+691) worth Rs 1.01 Crore. Total 2046 grams gold was found in form of 6 bangles.
Custom officials found the passengers suspicious and after search found 2046 grams gold in form of 6 bangles worth Rs 1.01 Crore.
Total 2046 grams gold was found in form of 6 bangles each of raw gold worn above elbows and concealed under winter clothing.
The passengers are under custody and further investigation is under process.
