APSC Recruitment 2022: Check Post, Eligibility, Pay Scale and Other Details
APSC Recruitment 2022: Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) is inviting applications from eligible Indian citizens for the post of Assistant Research Officer under the Science, Technology & Climate Change Department on direct recruitment basis. There is only 01 vacancy for the position. The minimum age limit to apply for APSC recruitment 2022 is 21 years and the maximum is 38 years. The monthly remuneration paid for APSC recruitment 2022 is between Rs. 22000 to Rs. 97000.
Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply online through the official website of APSC. Candidates must register themself through the APSC website, after completing registration candidates can apply with a valid ID and password. Candidates belonging to the General/EWS category have to pay Rs. 250 as the application fee and SC/ST/OBC/MOBC category have to pay Rs. 150 and PwBD/BPL are exempted from payment of a fee. The list of candidates whose applications are valid or rejected after scrutiny will be available on the Assam Public Service Commission’s website.
The online application form will be available from 9th December 2022. The last date for submitting the application form is 8th January 2023. Applications received after the due date and incomplete applications will be rejected.

The minimum age limit to apply for APSC recruitment 2022 is 21 years and the maximum is 38 years.
Relaxation as given-
i. By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. upto 43 years.
ii. By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. upto 41 years as per Govt. Notification No.ABP.6/2016/9 dated Dispur the 25th April 2018.
iii. For Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) by 10 years irrespective of the candidate’s SC/ST/OBC and General Category as per Govt. Memorandum No. ABP 180/2017/105 dated Dispur the 7th January 2019.
Qualification- Master’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with Mathematics/Statistics/Economics as one of the subjects from a recognized University.
Eligibility– The candidates must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purposes/Voter ID/Employment Exchange Registration Certificate as proof of residency along with the application form.
