As per the official notification of RRB Recruitment 2025, there are 1036 openings to be filled for the post of PGT, TGT, Scientific Supervisor, Chief Law Assistant, Public Prosecutor, Physical Training Instructor, Scientific Assistant/Training, Junior Translator, Senior Publicity Inspector, Librarian, Music Teacher, Primary Teacher and many more of Ministerial and Isolated Categories.

Age Limit for RRB Recruitment 2025:

To apply for RRB Recruitment 2025, the required age limit is between 18 years to 48 years.

Qualification for RRB Recruitment 2025:

To be eligible for RRB Recruitment 2025, the candidate should have the required qualifications as described below-

For Post Graduate Teacher-

• The candidate should have a Master’s Degree from a recognized University with atleast 50% marks in aggregate in a relevant subject. However, a holder of a Degree of M.Com in Applied/Business Economics shall not be eligible.
• The candidate should have a B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognised University.
• The candidate should be Proficient in teaching in Hindi and English mediums.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have knowledge of computer applications.

For Trained Graduate Teacher/ Drawing(English Medium)-

• The candidate should have an M.A. Degree in Drawing and Painting / Fine Arts from a recognised University. OR
• The candidate should have a B.A. (Hons) in Art and Art Education. OR
• The candidate should have 2nd Class bachelor’s degree in Drawing and Painting / Fine Arts with a minimum of 2 years of full-time Diploma from a recognised Institution. OR
• The candidate should have 12th(+2Stage) with a minimum 4 years full-time Diploma in Painting / Fine Arts or Part-time Diploma of not less than 5 years duration.
• The candidate should have competency in teaching in English medium.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have atleast 2 years Teachers Training Course from a recognised Institution. OR
• The candidate should have 2 years of teaching experience in a recognised institution.

For Scientific Supervisor Ergonomics and Training-

• The candidate should have Second Class Masters Degree in Psychology or Physiology.
• The candidate should have 02 years of experience in the Administration of Psychological Tests of Mental Abilities and Personality. OR
• The candidate should have 02 years of research in Work Psychology. OR
• The candidate should have 02 years of experience in Developing a Training Module or Conducting a Training Programme.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have specialization in Industrial Psychology, Ergonomics / Counseling with knowledge of Statistics and Computers.

For Chief Law Assistant-

• The candidate should have a University Degree in Law with 3 years of standing practice as a Pleader at Bar. Serving Railway employees who are Law Graduates are also eligible to apply for these posts, provided they have served for atleast 5 years in any Branch of the Railway Administration. Vacancies earmarked for Direct Recruitment should also be available to the Railway Magistrates who are desirous of applying for such posts and who also fulfil the prescribed qualification for direct recruits.

For Public Prosecutor-

• The candidate should have a graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University and with 05 years of experience as an advocate at Bar.

Salary for RRB Recruitment 2025:

The official notification of RRB Recruitment 2025 states that the selected candidates will get a salary between Pay Level 2 to 8 as per the posts. The post-wise salary is mentioned below-

Selection Process for RRB Recruitment 2025:

The candidates will be selected for RRB Recruitment 2025 on the basis of Single Stage CBT, Performance Test/Teaching Skill Test, Translation Test (as applicable) and DV/Medical Examination. However, RRB reserves the right to conduct additional CBTs if considered necessary for all or for a limited number of candidates as may be deemed fit by RRBs. The date, time and venue for all the activities viz. CBT, Performance Test/Teaching Skill Test, Translation Test, DV, Medical Examination or any other additional activity as applicable shall be fixed by the RRBs and shall be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course.

• The Question Paper for Single Stage CBT will be of 90 minutes duration for 100 questions and 120 minutes for PwBD candidates who are availing the Scribe facility.
