Assam PAT 2023: The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Assam has announced the examination date for the Assam Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) 2023. As per the official announcement, the Assam PAT 2023 will be conducted on Sunday, 18th June 2023. The examination will be conducted across the state. The examination will be conducted from 10 am to 12 noon. The official announcement for the exam came through the official Twitter handle of the concerned minister.

The registration for the Assam PAT 2023 started on 10th April 2023. The last date to apply for the same is 5th May 2023. Desirous and eligible students can register and fill out the online application form by visiting the official website of the DTE Assam. Students can pay their application fees either in online or offline mode.
The DTE Assam conducts the PAT for admission to 3-year Diploma in Engineering and Technology courses in the Assam State Government Polytechnic Colleges and also Polytechnics outside Assam (against seats allotted by the Government of India). There are around 3525 seats available for the Assam PAT 2023. The application fee for the Assam PAT 2023 is Rs 500 for General category students.
The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Assam has issued detailed eligibility criteria to appear for the Assam PAT 2023. The detailed eligibility criteria has been mentioned below:
The Assam PAT 2023 exam will be conducted offline, i.e., a pen & paper-based exam. The examination will be held for a duration of two hours. The question paper will contains questions from Science and Mathematics subjects only. The examination will be conducted for a total of 100 marks. The Assam PAT 2023 question paper will contain only Multiple Choice Questions.
