Associate Finance Analyst Vacancy at DHL

Overview:

DHL is hiring an experienced Associate Finance Analyst at their Chennai location. You are a skilled Master Data Clerk to be responsible for ongoing changes in our data management. The tasks are to enter new data and apply changes to existing data and to perform quality checks in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Register new debtor and creditor information along a defined workflow.
• Final review of new data sets including checks for duplicates and tax information.
• Validate data to ensure a high level of data quality.
• Reconcile information on both customers and vendors on various data management systems.
• Apply data check routines to provide review reports.

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as an accountant.
• Structured and precise approach to given tasks.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Data entry skills and proficiency in MS Excel
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (SAP, EVO, Oracle)
• Proficiency in English and basic skills in German are a plus(A2)
