Overview:

Myntra is hiring an experienced Associate – Business Partnering at their Bangalore location. You will be responsible for Management of various employee lifecycle processes on Successfactors/relevant systems (Exit, Rewards, system changes etc).

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Employee MIS maintenance

Tracker updation and maintenance – PIP, hiring, PTM etc

Rewards and Recognition management for the business teams

Contract employee management

Monthly Payroll inputs

Organize various leader and employee connect sessions like town halls, FGDs, and other such meetings

Drive employee engagement activities

Other ad-hoc ops/tracking/data maintenance activities for the teams

Organizing and tracking induction process

Management of various employee lifecycle processes on Successfactors/relevant systems (Exit, Rewards, system changes etc).

Qualifications for this Job:

3 years of relevant experience in HR

Analytical skills and ability to understand data and patterns

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Fluency in MS Excel
