Wipro is hiring an experienced Associate at their Hyderabad location. You will be responsible for answering incoming live chats from customers and assisting on a variety of topics including sales.

What will you be doing:

Responsible for managing self performance with high quality standards

Responsible for cross-sell, up-sells and value add sell on line

Responsible for responding in an efficient and professional manner.

Handles and resolves customer complaints; identifies and escalates priority issues.

Build a strong personal customer rapport and establish engagement to drive positive customer experience

Ensures compliance with all company and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications for this Job:

Graduates & Undergraduates

Excellent spoken & written Communication skills as per the ‘GRADE A’ mentioned below.

You must be able write 30 to 35 words per minute using a computer keyboard

Expert in using MS Excel, Internet and Intranet Resources

Highly self-motivated to achieve high standards in both quantity and quality

Ability to prioritise tasks appropriately and recognise when issues need escalation

Experience in selling using online media
