AVNL Recruitment 2025: Armoured Vehicle Nigam Limited (AVANI) (AVNL) is looking for interested and suitable candidates for the post of Junior Manager in Mechanical and Electronics Disciplines on a fixed-term contract basis. As given in the official notification of AVNL Recruitment 2025, there are 12 vacancies open for the above-indicated post. The candidate should have a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum age of 30 years for UR/EWS, 33 years for OBC, 35 years for SC/ST and 40 years for PwD. The chosen candidates will be offered a monthly remuneration of Rs.50000.
Following the official notification of AVNL Recruitment 2025, the applicant must have a First class Degree in the respective discipline (see below). The candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test or interview or both. The details of the selection process will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates. The application fee is Rs.300 which will be paid through SBI Collect. The SC/ST/PWD/Ex-SM/EWS/Female applicants are not required to pay the application fees. The candidates who are selected for AVNL Recruitment 2025 will be given a fixed monthly salary of Rs.50000.
As stated in the official notification of AVNL Recruitment 2025, the selection of candidates will be based on a written test or interview or both. Screening of eligible candidates will be based on a written test, candidates who qualify in the written test, will appear for a trade test, which is qualifying in nature. The selection process as indicated above is tentative. The Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/criteria for short listing of candidates. There will be no TA/DA paid for attending the Test/Interview.
Candidates have to pay Rs.300 as an application fee to complete the application process for AVNL Recruitment 2025. The SC/ST/PWD/Ex-SM/EWS/Female applicants are exempted from payment of application fees.

A hard copy of the duly filled-in application shall be submitted along with Xerox copies of evidence of proof of age, qualification, and experience.
