Overview:

Bosch is hiring an experienced Business Operations – PT Commercial Services_Assistant Manager at their Bangalore location. You will do quarterly Reconciliation and regular plausibility check of TCS/TDS payments and certificates(PAN India) and channel Finance : Coordination for PAN India and with banks for resolving day to day issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Legal Case :  Coordination for legal cases ( Bad debt recovery) with Legal and internal team.
• Coordination with GS for AR activities (Credit limit and other tasks)
• Automation on all operational reports  (RPA).
• Co-ordination : C-Form collection, appeals & assessment closure for PTIN.
• Support for NWC improvement and FCF tracking
• AAXAA validation with LSP’s & GS for system write-offs initiation
• Fixed asset tracking PT-IN (National responsibility)

Qualifications

• B Com or Equivalent with 5 years of experience

Additional Information

• 5 years of professional experience in business operations and commercial services•
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams
• System knowledge,  SAP, MS Office
• Service and results oriented
