You will be managing business relationships, coordinating with finance teams of corporates and brokers, and internal coordination with operations, sales, and underwriting teams to support business operations effectively.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for MIS & Reporting
• Prepare and monitor various MIS reports pertaining to the business vertical and a key stakeholder  in preparation of monthly, and fortnightly business review deck
• Supporting business and finance with financial data queries
• Involved in data analysis & data Interpretation
• Managing business relationships, coordinating with finance teams of corporates and brokers, and internal coordination with operations, sales, and underwriting teams to support in business operations  effectively
• Experience in the Insurance sector preferred

Qualification:

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA with 2+ years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of financial operations, reconciliation, process improvement
• Experience developing financial reports and automation tasks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience of a fintech/insurance company is an added advantage
• Excellent Microsoft office skills, VBA/Macro skills would be an added advantage
