The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Processing invoices in ERP: Workday and recording payment for goods and service

Processing expense reports in ERP: Workday and recording payment for such expenses

Work with client contacts/vendors for timely resolution of pricing and quantity discrepancies on invoices and invoice exceptions

Responsible for adhering to applicable policy, procedures, standards and internal controls.

Qualifications for this job:

Good Communication

Accounting Skills

Minimum Qualification MBA B.COM M.COM

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Should be able to deal with a large amount of invoices

Understanding of end-to-end processes and appreciation of critical parameters

Strong knowledge of MS Office

Self-initiative, drive and zeal for continuous improvement.

Ability to discharge the responsibilities in a conflicting environment

Conformance with Policies/Compliances

Fosters a spirit of collaboration and teamwork

Intellectually agile and analytical

What Skills are Needed:

Strong accounting knowledge with P2P experience

Processing Invoice / T&E claims

Work on exceptions and will provide resolution

Must be computer literate; Excel, Word, PPT

Knowledge of Workday is desired

Good written and Oral communication skills

Ability to document the process
