• with two years’ service rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in Level-13 (Rs.123100-215900) in the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:

Essential Qualification:

• The candidate should have a Masters degree in Bio Medical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Bio-Technology or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering or Polymer Engineering or Computer Science Engineering or Medical Electronics Engineering or Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicine with Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology or Bio-Chemistry or Chemistry or Life Sciences from a Recognized University or Institute.
• The candidate should have 14 years of experience in manufacturing or testing or regulation or designing medical devices. OR
• The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Bio Medical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Bio-Technology or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering or Polymer Engineering or Computer Science Engineering or Medical Electronics Engineering or Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences or Microbiology or Bio-Chemistry or Chemistry or Life Sciences from a recognized University or Institute.
• The candidate should have Sixteen years of experience in manufacturing or testing or regulation or designing of medical devices.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have a PhD in a relevant field.

For Joint Drugs Controller-

• holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department. OR
• with five years’ service rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in the Level-12 (Rs.78800 – 209200) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:-

Tenure for CDSCO Recruitment 2025:

The engagement of CDSCO Recruitment 2025 is made on a deputation basis. The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 03 years.
