Overview:

Ixigo is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – HRBP (Confirmtkt) at their Bangalore location. As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, exit management, payroll, performance management, and HR operations. Additionally, you will focus on fostering employee engagement to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Work with leadership to identify high-potential employees and develop talent management strategies.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and facilitating orientation programs.
  • Manage exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Administer payroll processes, collaborating with finance to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Organize and coordinate employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

Desired Skillset:

  • 3+ years of HR experience in a fast-growing Technology or Product company
  • B.Tech/MBA preferably from a premier college or university
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates across a variety of roles.
  • Proven understanding of HRMS, advanced recruiting solutions, systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Top-notch communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
