Overview:

OLX is hiring an experienced Site Auditor at their Gurugram location. You will be expected to maintain the online reputation of OLX by ensuring content and images of posted ads by users don’t violate the website’s terms and conditions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Carry out fraud detection and investigations for reported frauds and match all checks.
• Perform manual screening for content & fraud, to detect prohibited items or services/fraudulent ads.
• Plan conduct and monitor testing and inspection of Ads and website content to ensure quality content on the website.
• Maintain or exceed established standards for customer service, and resolves complex issues with little or no supervision or direction.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the content quality and prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.

What we’re looking for:

• Graduation / bachelor’s degree is required
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to analyse situations, identify options, draw logical conclusions & sound inferences, determine, and recommend practical sources of action utilizing good judgment and strategic thinking
• Strong customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to take initiative, conduct thorough research, and be professionally persistent
• Prior knowledge of moderation and fraud detection would be an added advantage
• Must possess strong internet research, along with the ability to navigate multiple systems at once
• Demonstrate experience and/or working knowledge of Excel
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• SQL would be added advantage
