LS&Co is hiring an experienced Analyst, Global Supply Management at their Bangalore location.

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Understand the business need and goals of the assigned Brand/business segment to support and further enhance the business objectives
• Work with pre-season and cross-functional teams such as inventory management, global merchandising planning, and Product Development to understand the raw material data and needs, demands and constraints of each functional area
• Manage analytical reporting and dashboard that support seasonal and monthly planning engine and identify risks and resolutions
• Manage raw material master data in variety of systems to ensure accuracy and data quality
• Automate reporting and enhance business processes to improve planning effectiveness
• Identify process disconnection, build policies and align across partners
• Create and follow seasonal and monthly buying volume reports, raw material production plans and product trends; Flag risks, delivery timeline and costing when shifts occur
• Work with resource planning team, raw material team, inventory management and regional team to flag raw material risk and build mechanism for resolution and optimization
• Coordinate company plans, special projects and necessary timelines to support global supply team including resource planning/raw materials planning, and affiliates for the assigned brand/segment
• Track essential programs and KPIs with regional planning team, resource planning team and fabric planning, to ensure on time delivery
• Work with pre-season, resource planning team and capacity team to evaluate and build standard process for late-adds
• Document processes and train planners on planning reports/dashboards to support their decision makings
• Drive process improvements and in-season planning optimization to help design and implement the new global supply chain systems

Eligibility:

• BS in Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain or related area
• 1+ years in planning/business analytics/supply chain
• Excel (can perform complex functions), SQL, SAP (or other ERP/planning systems), Alteryx (preferred) and understanding of IT systems
• Have experience with master data and reporting
• Experience with data visualization tool like PowerBI and Tableau
• Apparel experience
• Must be San Francisco Bay Area based/willing to relocate
