Overview:

Bacardi is hiring an experienced Senior Executive Operations Finance – Odisha. You will manage plant accounting, cost analysis, ensure controls & compliance, logistics and procurement. Internally your key relationships will be with plant operations team, regional and HO finance team, sales team and externally with regulatory officials, tax consultants & copacker teams.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Monthly closure of Plant Accounts.

Sales & Dispatches.

Highlight inefficiencies at your locations and work closely with operations team on cost saving / value engineering projects.

Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Items, Cost of Goods Sold and Distribution cost.

Statutory and Legal Compliance – Commercial tax Assessments (VAT/GST).

Compliance of ICFR / SOX controls & financial policies with respect to Capex, Opex and procurement.

Periodic review and ensuring accuracy of all accounting transactions along with monthly trial review of the plant.

Material planning and inventory Management.

Inventory Physical stock verifications and reconciliation entries as per company policies.

Ensuring timely GRN (Receiver) to AP Creations.

Assistance in Statutory and Other Audits.

Qualifications for this Job:

Up to 4 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing industries.

Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA / ICWA-Inter / CA-Inter

Language Skills

Experience in the Spirits and/or Beverage Industry is a distinct advantage.

Experience in additional functions beyond the ones listed above

Culturally sensitive and a strong communicator – able to interact effectively with all levels with the organization.
