Post Name– Funnel Sales Incharge
Location– Rourkela

Working Days: 6 days/week
Employment Type: Full Time
Engage customers in defined region for meeting planned goals and managing the database as per the calls assigned by the Funnel Manager
Participate in negotiations i.e. Try at level best to negotiate and close the big deals
Understand customer requirement and provide techno- commercial offer through pre sales team
Conduct presentation and demonstration at customer place
Ensure long lasting customer relationship by providing proper support.
Coordinate delivery
Updating report and sharing hurdles and outcome of the visits.
Maintaining daily report along with proper database of all the opportunity apart from funnel.
Sharing competitor’s details and our position in the market.
Daily follow up to existing clients and to maximize the reach to untapped areas.
Should be comfortable in outstation travel in defined region
Application Knowledge
Should have an effective knowledge on lighting products, parameters ,Lighting design and solutions
Offering client an Solution based approach such as Lighting, HM& poles, Solar and IBMS which are part of BEL –Illumination products
To ensure smooth transaction sales and achieving Quarterly and Yearly targets set by management
Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
Education:
Candidates have possesses Degree in Engineering in Electrical, Electronics from a recognized University of India.
Candidates have possesses MBA in Marketing team field they are also apply for this post.
Experience:
Must have 2+ Years of experience in any electrical industry.
Exposure to Lighting Industry.
Experience in the field of Flameproof Industry including role of Product & Project Management; Products include i.e., Light Fixtures, Junction boxes, Panels, Communication equipment etc.
Understanding of E-Tendering procedures, submissions of offers, clarifications etc.
Skills:
Must be physically fit to travel outstation (at least 10 days in a month)
Must have excellent public speaking capabilities to address large gathering
Communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
