Bank of Baroda seeking candidates for prequalification from young candidates as well as experienced retired bankers for the post of BC supervisors on a contractual basis in Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Hoshiarpur & Nawanshahr district branches. There are 02 vacancies for this recruitment.

Tenure Period for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, Applicants will be appointed for a period of 12 months subject to review after every 6 months.

Age Limit for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for retired bank employees for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years, with rural banking experience of at least 3 years, whereas for the young candidates the age limit will be range between 21 years to 45 years and the maximum age limit for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.

Qualification for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, Candidates applying for the BC Supervisor post must have the following qualification.

For Retired Bank Employees

• Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chi f Manager may be appointed.
• Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
• All retired bank employees applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years

For Young Candidates

• The minimum qualification should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (M Orfice. email. Internet etc.), however, qualification like M.Sc. (JT)/ BE (JT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.

Salary for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the BC Supervisors will have a mixed structure of monthly remuner:11iun comprising both fixed and variable components.
