Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda has decided to hire the services of a Financial Literacy Centre Counselor (FLCC) at Bhilwara Rajasthan on a contract basis. As mentioned in the Official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the contractual tenure shall not exceed one year, and RO may renew the contract based on ZO approval based on satisfactory performance, subject to annual review. As given in the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, there is 01 vacancy for the given post. The maximum age limit should not exceed 64 years subject to good health. Selection of the candidate will be based on Interview. Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
In accordance with the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will get consolidated remuneration of Rs.18000 per month plus a maximum of Rs.5000 towards conveyance expenses on a reimbursement basis which will be a total of Rs. 23000. Candidate Shall be an ex-banker with a minimum of 5 years of experience in any Nationalized Bank/ RRB/ Pvt. Bank OR a Person having a minimum of 5 years of experience in banking/ with related fields, NBFCs / FIs.
OR Business correspondent / BC- Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience
OR Ex RSETI Director/Faculty with a minimum of 5 years of Experience.
The maximum age limit should not exceed 64 years subject to good health.

NOTE:-
The halting allowance for FLCC counselors will be Rs.200 (if more than 8 hours without a night stay) and Rs.500 (if night stay). It will be in addition to HA as to be Paid.
