MNLU Recruitment 2023: The Office of Registrar, Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Mumbai has invited Applications from the Candidates meeting Eligibility for Contractual Engagement into Post Research Assistant in the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Chair therein through the MNLU Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 24.03.2023. According to the MNLU Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, there are 02 Vacancies to be filled up, the Willing and Eligible Candidates may submit their respective Applications through E-Mail up to the Closing Date 15.04.2023.
Note: As per the MNLU Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, In-Person Interviews shall be held on 28.04.2023. As is mentioned in the MNLU Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement 2023, the Shortlisted Candidates would be issued commencing from 18.04.2023 E-Call Letters for attending In-Person Interviews.

Posting Location: Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Chair, DPIIT
As is notified in the MNLU Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Consolidated Monthly Remuneration accruing to the Selected Candidates as Research Assistants shall be as follows:
1) Magister Legum/Master of Legal Laws (LL.M.): Rs.40000 (Consolidated) Per Month
2) Bachelor de Legum/Bachelor of Legal Laws (LL.B.): Rs.30000 (Consolidated) Per Month
According to the MNLU Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Eligibility Criteria comprising Educational Qualifications with Desirable Component among others are explained hereunder:
Essential Criteria:
i) Master of Legal Laws (LL.M.)/Bachelor of Legal Laws (LL.B.) with Minimum 55% Marks (or an Equivalent Grade in a Point Scale wherever Grading System is followed) from any Indian University, or an Equivalent Degree from any Accredited Foreign University.
ii) Good knowledge of Latest National and International Research Trends and Developments in the relevant area;
iii) Apart from Teaching/Research, Ability to conceptualize and organize International Training Workshops and Brainstorming Online/Onsite Discussions.
iv) Fluency in English Language and Knowledge in Computer Operations is a Mandatory.
Desirable:
i) Experience in Teaching/Research in Premier Law Universities/Colleges in relevant Area; Publications in the relevant field;
ii) Excellent Inter-Personal and Team-building Skills;
iii) Ability to innovate and to improve Research, Training and Extension Activities or Services and to pursue Interesting New Ideas and New Methods.
Selection on to Research Assistant-Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) IPR Chair, Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai, shall be carried through Viva voce/Interview involved therein. Post Selection, the Candidates shall be engaged for initially or 01 Year with further Extension(s).
