Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda is inviting applications from eligible and willing candidates to hire them for the Post of Financial Literacy Centre Counselor (FLCC) at Banaskantha and Patan District Gujarat. There are 02 vacancies for the Posts.

As per the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 Notification, the candidate will be appointed on a contract basis and shall not exceed one year and the renewal of the contract may be extended by RO based on approval from ZO based on satisfactory performance, subject to annual review. The selected candidate will be paid a consolidated remuneration of amount Rs. 18000 plus a maximum of Rs. 5000 per month towards conveyance expenses on a reimbursement basis (Total Rs. 23000).

Age Limit for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

According to the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 Notification, the maximum age for the eligible candidate at the time of appointment on contract should not be more than 64 years subject to good health.

Qualification for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

i) The candidate shall hold a graduate degree from a recognized University.

Preference will be given to having post graduate degree in the area of Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology and Social work.

ii) He/She should be well conversant with the local language.

iii) He/She should possess a flair for teaching and computer knowledge.

Candidates for the post of FLCC counselor may be selected from the open market. Counselors should have sound knowledge of banking, insurance, investment, pension, law, finance, requisite communication, and team building skills, etc.

Experience for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

i) The candidate shall be an ex-banker with a minimum of 5 years of experience in any Nationalized Bank/ RRB/ Pvt. Bank. OR

Persons having a minimum of 5 years of experience in banking/ with related fields, NBFCs / FIs. OR

Business correspondent / BC- Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience OR

Ex RSETI Director/Faculty with a minimum of 5 years of Experience.

Salary for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate will be paid a consolidated remuneration per month of Rs. 18000 plus a maximum of Rs. 5000 towards conveyance expenses on a reimbursement basis (Total Rs. 23000).

Tenure for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

The candidate shall be appointed as the counselor for the period of the contract basis and shall not exceed one year and the Renewal of the contract may be extended by RO based on approval from ZO based on satisfactory performance, subject to annual review.
