Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2025: The Bank of Baroda (BOB) is inviting offline applications from well-motivated, willing, and eligible candidates for the Business Correspondent Supervisor Post. There are a total of 05 vacancies open for the designated above position. The opportunity is open in Bilaspur, Janjgir-Champa, Raigarh, and Korba districts. Candidates should be residents of Chhattisgarh State and Proficient in the Local Language. Chosen applicants will be provided monthly remuneration comprising both fixed and variable components. Variable component of 10000 and fixed component of 15000.
In accordance with the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2025, the contract will be initially for a period of 12 months subject to review after every 6 months. The region will review the performance of the BC supervisors on a half-yearly basis. Based on the performance the contract will be renewed for the next 6 months. The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of an Interview that will be conducted by a committee headed by the Regional Head which will also include the Deputy Regional Manager, the Chief Manager/Officer in Charge of Financial Inclusion, and the Chief Manager/Officer.
