Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2025: Bank of Baroda is seeking applications from qualified and desirous candidates for the post of Business Correspondent (BC) Co-ordinator on a contract basis at Malavalli Centre in the State of Karnataka. There is only 01 vacancy open in Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2025. The chosen candidates will be given a fixed component of Rs.15000 and a variable component of Rs.10000 per month. The age limit for Young Candidates should be in the age group of 21 to 45 years at the time of appointment and the maximum age for continuation of BC Coordinators will be 65 years, for Retired Bank Employees the maximum age for continuation of BC Coordinators will be 65 years. The appointment is made for a period of 12 months subject to review after every 12 months.

Following the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2025, The candidates selected for the above-mentioned post will get mixed monthly remuneration in Fixed and Variable components. Candidates will be paid Rs. 15000 as a Fixed Component and Rs. 10000 as a Variable Component. The selection will be determined on the basis of an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.   • All retired bank employee applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.

As per the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2025, the engagement is made on a contract basis and the chosen candidates will be engaged for a period of 12 months subject to review after every 12 months.
