Chief Risk Officer- The maximum age limit is 60 years.

AGM- The maximum age limit is 45 years.

Chief Manager- The maximum age limit is 40 years.

Economist and Officers in Scale III- The maximum age limit is 38 years.

Mail Administrator, Production Support Administrator and Officer in Scale II- The maximum age limit is 35 years.

Salary for Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of Bank of Maharashtra recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above-mentioned posts will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 100350.

For Chief Digital Officer and Chief Risk Officer- The compensation will be negotiated and is not a limiting factor for suitable candidates.

For AGM, Chief Manager, Economist, Mail Administrator and Production Support Administrator-

Probation for Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of Bank of Maharashtra recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contractual basis for a maximum period of 3 years.

For Chief Digital Officer and Chief Risk Officer- The appointment is made on a contractual basis for a maximum period of 3 years.

For AGM, Chief Manager, Economist, Mail Administrator, Production Support Administrator and Officers- The appointment is made on a contractual basis for a period of 6 months.

Qualification for Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For Officers- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in the aggregate of all semesters / years (55% for SC/ST/ OBC/PwBD) from a University / Institute recognized by Government of India or Hs Regulatory Bodies. Passing of JAIIB and CAIIB is desirable OR

Professional qualification like CA/CMA WCFA from a recognized University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.

For Mail Administrator in Scale II- B. Tech / B.E. from a University / Institute recognized by Government of India or its Regulatory bodies in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics and Communication / Electronics and Tele Communication/Electronics/MCA/MSc Computer Science with minimum 55% marks in the aggregate of all semesters / years

For Chief Manager, MIS (Management Information System)- Master’s / Bachelor’s Engineer Degree in IT / Computer Science with minimum 50% in aggregate of all semesters / years. Preference will be given to those who additional qualification/s in data science / data analytics and MBA / Diploma/Certificate(s) of established institutions in the sector.

For AGM (Board Secretary and Corporate)- Professional qualification of CS from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Preference will be given for additional qualification/s like CA / CFA / CMA / Risk Management / Finance from a University / Institution / Board recognized by Govt. of India.

Selection Procedure for Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of Bank of Maharashtra recruitment 2023, the selected procedure is given below-

Chief Digital Officer, Chief Risk Officer, AGM, Chief Manager, Economist, Mail Administrator, Production Support Administrator- Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview and discussion.

Officers- Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview and written exam.

AGM, Chief Manager, Economist, Mail Administrator, Production Support Administrator and Officers- Candidates belonging to UR/EWS/OBC category have to pay Rs. 1180 as application fee and ST/SC/PwBD category candidates have to pay Rs. 118.
