Indian Army Recruitment 2023: Indian Army is inviting interested and eligible candidates for Short Service Commission (NT) for Men and Women (including Wards of Battle Casualties of Indian Army Personnel). The application is inviting unmarried males and unmarried females for short service commission (SSC). As mentioned in the official notification of Indian Army Recruitment 2023, there are 55 vacancies, of which 50 vacancies are for NCC Men and 05 vacancies are for NCC Women. The maximum age limit for the mentioned position is 19 to 25 years. The candidates applying for the mentioned position should have a Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. The applicants studying in their final year are also allowed to apply for the mentioned opportunity. The candidates should have served for at least 02 to 03 years in the Senior Division/ Wg of NCC.
According to the official notification of Indian Army Recruitment 2023, Short Service Commission will be granted to Males and Females in the regular Army for 14 years that is for an initial period of 10 years extendable by a further period of 04 years. The period of probation will remain for a period of 06 months from the date the candidates received their commission. The duration of the training will remain 49 weeks at Officers Training Academy (OTA). The candidates have to pay a refundable training cost of Rs.15055. The selected candidates will get a monthly pay scale from Level-10 to Level-18 plus other allowances. As per the official notification of Indian Army Recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidates can apply online by filling out the application form available on the official website of the Indian Army and submitting it to the same website. The candidates have to submit the application form on or before the last date of the submission. The applicable and eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of examinations, interviews and medical examinations conducted by the committee. The shortlisted candidates will get a call letter via registered email id at the time of online submission for the selection procedure/ interview.
