BDL Recruitment 2022: Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) is looking for qualified candidates for Director(Production) position. 1. The applicant should be an Engineering Graduate with a good academic record from a recognized university/Institute.
2. The applicants with MBA/PGDM qualifications will have added advantage.
The applicant should possess adequate technical/operational experience/exposure at a senior level of management in an organization of repute, out of which at least 5 years during the last 10 years should have been in Defence Sector/Missiles/Aerospace Projects.
Candidates will be getting a salary between the pay scale of Rs.160000-290000 (IDA).
The deadline for receipt of a complete application duly forwarded to PESB is 11/11/2022 at 15.00 hours. Under no circumstances will an application be considered after the specified time/date.
The appointment shall be for a period of five years beginning with the date of joining and ending with the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever comes first.
The Director (Production) reports to the Chairman and Managing Director and is a member of the Board of Directors. As a member of the top management team, he or she advises on all production, productivity, and technology issues.
