BDL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) invites applications from eligible and interested candidates to fill up vacant posts of Assistant Manager (Explosives). As mentioned in the official notification, there are 11 open vacancies for the above-mentioned post. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-Year Integrated Course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Chemical / Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical from a recognized University/ Institute (OR) and a First Class M.Sc. (Chemistry / Explosive Chemistry) according to the BDL Recruitment 2023 official notification. He or she must have at least two years of post-qualification executive experience.
Candidates will be chosen through an interview process, according to the official BDL Recruitment 2023 notification. Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews in a maximum of 1:10 ratio based on the number of years of relevant experience, followed by the total score attained in the required qualification, and age.
