BDL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) is looking for qualified candidates for the posts of Management Trainee, Welfare Officer and JM (Public Relations). According to the official notification of BDL recruitment 2023, the desirous candidates will get a remuneration between Rs. 30000 to Rs. 140000 per month. There are a total of 45 vacant seats available for the mentioned posts. The applicant should not be more than 27 years old to apply for MT and should not be more than 28 years old to apply for MT (Finance) with CA / ICWAI qualification, Welfare Officer, and JM.
As given in the official notification of BDL recruitment 2023, written tests and interviews will be taken to determine the appropriate person for the given posts. Candidates willing to apply for BDL recruitment 2023 have to pay Rs. 500 as an application fee through SBI E-pay (by Debit Card / Credit Card/ Net Banking/ UPI, etc.). For MT- The maximum age limit is 27 years.
For MT (Finance) with CA / ICWAI qualification, Welfare Officer and JM- The maximum age limit is 28 years.
According to the official BDL recruitment 2023 announcement, the chosen applicant will receive a monthly pay ranging from Rs. 30000 to Rs. 140000.
For the position of Management trainees- The chosen applicant will receive a remuneration between Rs. 40000 to Rs. 140000 per month.
For the position of Welfare officer and JM (public relations)- The chosen candidate will receive a remuneration between Rs. 30000 to Rs. 120000 per month
Candidates applying for BDL recruitment 2023 must meet the requirements listed below-
JM(Public Relations)- Candidates must have done First Class MBA, Post Graduate Diploma, or Post Graduate Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or Public Relations from a 2-year University or Institute.
MT(Chemical)- Candidates must have done First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute OR First Class M.Sc (Chemistry) from a recognized University/ Institute.
MT(Civil)- Candidates must have done a First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of civil or equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.
MT(Computer Science)- Candidates must have done a First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Computer Science or an equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.
MT(Electrical)- Candidates must have done a First Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in the discipline of Electrical\ equivalent course from a recognized University/ Institute.

The official notification of BDL recruitment 2023 states that candidates will be chosen for the available positions through a written test and an interview. The details regarding the selection procedure will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates. The examination will take place in the cities of Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Trivandrum, and Visakhapatnam.
A total of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) will be included in the CBT, which will last 2 hours and be divided into two halves.
Candidates who are interested in applying for BDL recruitment 2023 must pay a Rs. 500 application fee using SBI E-pay (using a debit card, credit card, net banking, or other payment method, etc.).
Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, SC, ST, and internal permanent employees are not required to pay the application fee.
