Indian Oil Corporation Limited Recruitment 2023: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is inviting interested and eligible applicants to fill up the post of Doctors at IIPM on a contractual basis. As given in the official notification of Indian Oil Corporation Limited Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant will be placed in Delhi NCR Gurgaon. According to the official notification of Indian Oil Corporation Limited Recruitment 2023, shortlisted candidates who satisfy the mandated standards will be summoned for an interview on a specific date, time, and location.

As given in the official notification of Indian Oil Corporation Limited Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be appointed for a period of 12 months from the date of LOA issuance, which might be extended for another 12 months under the same terms and conditions as indicated in the provision.
In accordance with the official notification of Indian Oil Corporation Limited Recruitment 2023, the experience shall be calculated from the date of registration as a medical practitioner or, if later, the date of completion of the Post-Graduation.

The nominated committee would interview the short-listed candidates and award marks as per a set of specified parameters and weightage, as under:
Total marks: 100
Technical Criteria: 70 marks
Financial Criteria: 30 marks
At the time of the interview, original documentation demonstrating qualifications, experience, and so on must be produced.
