Age Limit for BECIL Recruitment 2023:

Salary for BECIL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of BECIL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 80000.

Advisor- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 80000.

Legal Assistant- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 40000.

Accounts Assistant and Executive Assistant- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 30000.

Tech Savvy- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 27000.

Qualification for BECIL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for BECIL Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualification-

Advisor-

• Any Graduate
• Preferably MBA(HR)/LLB or equivalent

Experience:

• 20 Years of Experience in handling disciplinary proceedings , enquiries, vigilances, IO/PO, Admin and HR related matters

Legal Assistant-

• B.A. LLB or equivalent

Experience:

• 3-5 Years of Exposure to deal with Legal matters, service matter to do case study, Reply, coordinate with our legal team.

Accounts Assistant-

• B.com graduate/CA

Experience:

• Knowledge of Tally
• Preparation of accounts.
• Working knowledge of preparation of Annual Reports and Annual Accounts i.e. Balance Sheet

Executive Assistant-

• Graduate with sound Knowledge of HR & Admin.

Experience:

• Soft skill – MS office and ppt, Letter drafting
• Preparation of attendance sheet, other record of staff and its documentation
• Coordination with various agencies for the smooth office operations.

Tech Savvy-

• Any Graduate with sound Knowledge of MS Office

Experience:

• 3 years’ experience in relevant field.

Selection Procedure for BECIL Recruitment 2023:
