BEL Recruitment 2022: Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navratna Company and India’s premier professional Electronics Company under the Ministry of Defence are inviting eligible candidates for the Trainee Engineer and Project Engineer post under various departments on a contractual basis. There are a total of 34 vacancies for the post. The upper age limit to apply for the Trainee Engineer position is 28 years and 32 years for the Project Engineer position. The monthly remuneration paid is up to Rs. 55000.

Trainee Engineer and Project Engineer under various departments-

Age Limit- The upper age limit to apply for the position is 28 years for a Trainee Engineer and 32 years for Project Engineer. The age limit will be relaxable for SC & ST candidates by 05 years and for OBC candidates by 03 years. Candidates belonging to the PwBD Category, having a minimum of 40% disability or more will get 10 years of relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.

Pay Scale and Tenure for BEL Recruitment 2022:

Trainee Engineer- Will be engaged for an initial period of 2 years, which may be extended up to a maximum of One year ( Maximum tenure of 3 years) based on project requirements and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30000 per month for the 1st year, Rs. 35000 for the 2nd year, and in the event of an extension of the contract Rs. 40000 for the 3rd year.

Project Engineer- Will be engaged for an initial period of 03 years which may be extended up to a maximum of One year (Maximum tenure of 04 years) based on project requirements and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40000 per month for the 1st year, Rs. 45000 for the 2nd year, Rs. 50000 for 3rd year, and in the event of an extension of the contract Rs. 55000 for 4th year.

Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2022:

4 years’ full-time B.E./B. Tech Engineering course from any AICTE recognized Institute/University in the disciplines of Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication/Telecommunication/Communication/Mechanical/Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Computer
Science/Computer Science Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering.

Experience-

For Trainee Engineer- A minimum of 01 (One) Year of relevant post-qualification industrial experience is required for all disciplines.

For Project Engineer-  A Minimum of 02 (Two) years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience is required for all disciplines.

Selection Procedure for BEL Recruitment 2022:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of eligibility and shortlisted candidates will be called for the Written Test which will be for 85 marks. Candidates who pass the written test will be called for an interview (Category-wise) based on the vacancies, in a ratio of 1:5. 15% weightage will be allotted for the Interview.

The minimum qualifying marks in Written Tests and Interview is 35% for General /EWS/OBC and 30% for SC/ST/PwBD.

The venue for the Written Test and Interview will be Kotdwara
