Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is given below-

For Project Office (HR)-I- The upper age limit is 32 years.

For Havildar (Security) WG-III- The upper age limit is 43 years.

OBC-NCL- 46 years

 SC– 48 years

For Security Officer/E-II- The upper age limit is 32 years.

OBC-NCL- 35

Salary for BEL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary as given below-

For Project Office (HR)-I- 

1st Year: Rs.40,000
2nd Year: Rs.45,000
3rd Year: Rs.50,000
4th Year-Rs.55,000

For Havildar (Security) WG-III- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs.79000.

For Security Officer/E-II- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs.140000.

Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for BEL recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualification-

For Project Office (HR)-I- 

Graduate Degree and Two years Full-time MBA/MSW/ PG Degree / PG Diploma in Human Resources Mgt. / Industrial Relations / Personnel Mgt. Candidates applying for the post should possess 55% and above for General/EWS/OBC.

Experience– The candidate should possess a minimum of two years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience after PG Degree/Diploma.

For Havildar (Security) WG-III- 

SSLC (Pass) + Min. 15 years of service experience in the Defence Forces (preferably in Infantry, Artillery & Armoured Corps)

For Security Officer/E-II-

Degree in any discipline + Should be SSC Officer in the rank of Captain or Equivalent in the Indian Army/Air Force/Navy or Central Paramilitary organizations.

Selection Procedure for BEL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of written tests, interviews, and Physical Endurance tests.

For Project Office (HR)-I- Selection will be through a Written Test (objective type questions in the above mentioned discipline) followed by an Interview (only for those candidates who will be shortlisted based on their performance in the written test).

For Havildar (Security) WG-III- Eligible candidates will be called for a Physical Endurance test and those who clear the same, will be called for a written test. Physical Endurance test and written test (For shortlisted candidates) will be held at Ghaziabad (UP) only.

For Security Officer/E-II- Selection will be either through a Written Test followed by an Interview (only for those candidates who qualify in the written test) or only an interview as may be decided by the management.
