BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) Navratna Company and India‟s premier professional electronics Company under the Ministry of Defence. BEL is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Project Engineer (Civil/Electrical). There are a total of 09 vacancies for the given posts. According to the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is 32 years. Candidates applying for BEL recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 55000.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written tests and interviews. As given in the notification of BEL recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can apply through the link given in the official notification. According to the official Recruitment 2023 advertisement of BEL candidates have to pay Rs. 400 as an application fee. The last date for submitting the application form is 25th February 2023.

1- Project Engineer-I (ELECTRICALDiscipline)- 05
2- Project Engineer-I (CIVIL-Discipline)- 04
According to the notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the upper age limit to apply for the post is 32 years.
In accordance with the notification of BEL recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration as given below-
1st Year- Rs.40,000
2nd Year- Rs.45,000
3rd Year- Rs.50,000
4th Year- Rs.55,000
Area allowance* @ 10% of consolidated remuneration (per month). Only to those candidates who will be posted to various sites and customer locations Rs.12,000 per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc.
Candidates applying for BEL recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualification-
4 Years B.E./ B.Tech./B.Sc Engg or equivalent course from a reputed Institute/University in the following Engineering discipline–
a- Electrical- Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
b- Civil-Civil Engineering or equivalent
Experience– The candidate should possess a minimum of Two years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written tests and interviews.
The test center will be in Kolkata.
85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be shortlisted for an interview in a ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit. Written test duration will be 85 marks. The time duration will be 90 minutes with no negative marking.
The names of candidates shortlisted for written test/interview and final selection will be notified on our Company‟s website.
