BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is seeking applications from eligible and interested candidates for the post of Project Engineer-I and Trainee Engineer-I on a contract basis. As given in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, there are 428 vacancies for the mentioned posts. In accordance with the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, selected candidates should get a monthly salary of up to Rs.55000. The maximum age for Project Engineer is 32 years, and the maximum age for Trainee Engineer is 28 years.
As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on a written test/interview. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Eligible and Interested candidates can apply online through the official website on or before the deadline. As mentioned in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs.400 for the Project Engineer post and Rs.150 for the Trainee Engineer post. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories are exempted from payment of application fees.

In accordance with the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates for the Project Engineer-I post will get a monthly salary of Rs.40000 for 1st year, Rs.45000 for 2nd year, Rs.50000 for 3rd year, and Rs.55000 for 4th year and the Trainee Engineer-I posts candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.30000 for 1st year, Rs.35000 for 2nd year, and Rs.40000 for 3rd year.
As mentioned in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test/interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for the interviews based on the written test marks (out of 85 marks) in order of merit in the ratio of 1:5.
