BEL Recruitment 2023: BEL Optronic Devices Limited (BELOP), is under Ministry of Defence, Government of India invites applications for the posts of Manager (Design Workshop / Technology) and Dy. Manager (Technologist). As mentioned in the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, there are a total of 03 vacancies for the given post. According to the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 160000. The maximum age limit for the post of Manager is 45 years and for Dy. Manager is 35 years.

For Manager- The maximum age limit is 45 years.
For Dy. Manager- The maximum age limit is 35 years.
The upper age limit will be relaxable for SC / ST candidates by 05 years and OBC (Non – Creamy Layer) – 3 years. For Candidates belonging to Person with Disability (PWD) category having minimum 40% disability will get 5 (five) years relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to SC/ST/OBC mentioned above.
As mentioned in the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary as given below-
For Manager- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 50000 to Rs. 160000.
In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Mediclaim Insurance, Gratuity, Superannuation Benefits and Provident Fund as per the Company’s rules will be part of the remuneration package.
For Dy. Manager- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 40000 to Rs. 140000.
In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Mediclaim Insurance, Gratuity, Superannuation Benefits and Provident Fund as per the Company’s rules will be part of the remuneration package.
Candidates applying for BEL recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications:-
For Manager (Design Workshop)- BE / B.TECH (Aeronautical Engg.)
Experience- Minimum 13 to 14 years of relevant industrial work experience as descripted in Area of Expertise and Responsibility.
For Manager (Technology)- BE / B.TECH (Mechanical)
Experience- Minimum 13 to 14 years of relevant industrial work experience as descripted in Area of Expertise and Responsibility
For Dy. Manager- BE / B.TECH (Aeronautical Engg.)
Experience- Minimum 8 to 9 years of relevant industrial work experience as descripted in Area of Expertise and Responsibility.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and interview. All the details regarding the interview will be intimated to shortlisted candidates in due course.
For Manager- Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview.
For Dy. Manager- Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and interview. After written test, only shortlisted candidates (who are found satisfying the eligibility criteria of this advertisement) will be called for interview.
