The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of up to Rs. 240000. Candidates will be selected through a personal interview. Candidates should have Chartered Accountants / Cost Accountants AND Qualified Company Secretaries from India’s Institute of Company Secretaries. Candidates working in Central/ State Govt./ PSU/ autonomous organizations etc. should have a total experience of at least 16 years and should be working for a minimum of 2 years in the IDA pay scale of 80000 – 200000 CDA scale at level 12 in the pay matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent scales. Candidates working in Private Sector or other organizations with experience in Executive capacity as indicated above should have an annual CTC of at least 28.99 LPA. Candidates should have post-qualification experience of 16 years in finance or secretarial work after acquiring any professional qualifications per the essential criteria. The candidate should have working experience for 5 years in Company Secretary Department including 2 years in a listed company and be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
