BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is recruiting aspirants to fill up the post of Jr. Supervisor, Havildar, Engineering Assistant, Technician ‘C’, and Clerk-cum Computer Operator ‘C’ in the discipline of Mechanical, Electronics Mechanic and Fitter on a permanent basis. As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, candidates belonging to the General, EWS, and OBC categories need to pay an Application fee of Rs.295 (including GST) for Engineering Assistant, Technician ‘C’, and Clerk-cum Computer Operator ‘C’. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST and PWBD Category are exempted from payment of the Application Fee. According to the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, candidates appointed for the Jr. Supervisor and Engineering Assistant post will get a Pay Scale between Rs.24500-3%-90000, for the Technician ‘C‘ and Clerk-cum Computer Operator ‘C’ post applicant will get Rs.21500-3%-82000, and for the Havildar post will get Rs.20500-3%-79000. In accordance with the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the number of vacant seats available for the given post is 25.

As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, candidates that meet the eligibility requirements will be shortlisted for consideration in the selection process, for Jr. Supervisor, Havildar post applicants who pass the Physical Endurance test will be shortlisted for a written test, whereas for Engineering Assistant, Technician ‘C’ and Clerk-cum Computer Operator ‘C’ post candidates will be selected on the basis of written tests, trade tests and interviews conducted by the committee. Candidates applying for the BEL Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification and experience.
Jr. Supervisor
Candidate should have SSLC + 15 years of service in the Indian Armed Forces and JCO rank.
Havildar
Candidate should have SSLC + 15 years of service in the Indian Armed Forces.
Engineering Assistant Trainee (Mechanical)
Candidate should have completed 03 years of full-time Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline/subject from a recognized institute.
Technician ‘C’
Candidate should have completed SSLC+ITI in the relevant trade from a recognized institute and 01 year of apprenticeship training with a National Apprenticeship Certificate in the relevant trade or SSLC + 03 years National Apprenticeship Certificate Course in the relevant Trade.
Clerk cum Computer Operator ‘C’
Candidate should have completed 03 years of full-time B.Com/ BBM from any recognized University and should possess knowledge of computer operation.
