BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is recruiting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Engineering Assistant Trainee, Technician ‘C’ and Junior Assistant in various Trades/ Disciplines. As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, there are 63 vacancies for the mentioned job positions. The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.21500 to 24500. As mentioned in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for applying for the given job post is 28 years. The company will provide age relaxation according to the categories (mentioned below in the article). The educational qualification is different for each post (mentioned below in the article). The candidates applying for the post of Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT) will undergo training for an initial period of 06 months during which they will be paid a stipend of Rs.10000 per month. On successful completion of the training and on passing the gradation test they will be placed in the regular pay scales indicated above. The candidates selected for the post of Junior Assistant will be posted to BEL Corporate Office, Bangalore.

Engineering Assistant Trainee (Mechanical):
The candidates should have completed 03 years of full-time Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline/ subject from a recognized institute.
Technician ‘C’:
The candidates should have completed SSLC+ITI in the relevant trade from a recognized institute and 01-year apprenticeship training with National Apprenticeship Certificate in the relevant trade or SSLC + 03 years National Apprenticeship Certificate Course in the relevant Trade.
Junior Assistant:
The candidates should have B.Com/ BBM from a recognized Institution.
According to the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of written tests for 150 marks consisting of the General Aptitude Test and Technical Aptitude Test conducted by the committee.
General Aptitude Test: (50 marks)
Comprises of general mental ability and aptitude for logical reasoning, analytical, comprehension ability, basic numeracy, data interpretation skills and general knowledge.
Technical Aptitude Test: (100 marks)
Consist of a Technical/ Professional Knowledge Test with 100 questions having specific questions from respective disciplines.
