BEL Recruitment 2025: The Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is looking for interested, eligible, and willing candidates to fill the post of Deputy Engineer (E-II) on Fixed Term Basis. There are 23 vacancies available for this particular post. The candidate’s maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned opportunity is 28 years. The selected candidates will be given a monthly income in the pay scale of 40000-3%-140000 and approx. CTC of Rs.12 lacs – 12.5 lacs. Only Indian nationals need to apply. In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Perquisites at the rate of 35% on annual basic pay, Performance Related Pay, reimbursement of medical expenses, Group Insurance, PF, Pension, Gratuity (if applicable), etc. The appointment will be executed on a fixed-term basis for an initial period of 05 years Extendable Up To 2 years.
The selection of the applicable candidates will be done on the basis of a written test followed by an interview conducted by the committee as mentioned in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2025.
