Salary for BEL Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for the Engineering Assistant Trainee post will get a pay scale between Rs.24500-3%-Rs.90000, and for Technician ‘C’ and Junior Assistant post applicants will get Rs.21500-3%-Rs.82000 per month.

Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the BEL Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.

Engineering Assistant Trainee

• Candidates should have completed three years Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline/subject from a recognized institution.
• General/OBC/EWS candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks, and SC/ST/ PwBD candidates should have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the essential qualification exam.

Technician ‘C’

• Candidates should have completed SSLC-ITI in the relevant trade from a recognized institution and one-year apprenticeship training with National Apprenticeship Certificate in the relevant trade or SSLC+3 years National Apprenticeship Certificate Course in the relevant Trade.
• General/OBC/EWS candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks, and SC/ST/PwBD candidates should have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the essential qualification exam.

Junior Assistant

• Candidates should have completed three years in B.Com/BBM from any recognized university/ institution.
• General/OBC/EWS candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks, SC/ST/ PWBD candidates should have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the essential qualification exam

Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the aforementioned position is 28 years old.

Tenure for BEL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, candidates appointed as Engineering Assistant Trainees will have to undergo training for SIX months and will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 10000 per month during that time. They will be put on the regular pay rates listed above after successfully completing the course and passing the graduation test.

Selection Procedure for BEL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written test which will consist of General and Technical Aptitude.

Part I: General Aptitude: 50 marks comprise general mental ability and aptitude for logical reasoning, analytical, comprehension ability, basic numeracy, data interpretation skills, and general knowledge.

Part II: Technical Aptitude: 100 marks consist of a Technical/Professional Knowledge Test with 100 questions having specific questions from respective disciplines.
