Candidate should have Graduate Degree and Two years MBA (Finance) from a recognized Institute/University/College.

For the post of Trainee Officer-I (HR):

Candidate should have a Graduate Degree and Two years of MBA/MSW/ PG Degree / PG Diploma in Human Resources Mgt.  / Industrial Relations / Personnel Mgt. From a recognized Institute/ University/College.
For the post of Trainee/Project Engineer – I:

Candidate should have B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineer (4 years course) or equivalent from a recognized Institute / University/College in the following Engineering disciplines Electronics/Computer Science /Mechanical.

Age Limit Requried for BEL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the minimum age limit required for the posts is 28 years and the maximum should be 32 years.

Trainee Engineer/Officer – I: The age limit should not be more than 28 years for General/EWS candidates.

1. The upper age limit will be relaxable for OBC candidates by 3 years and SC/ST candidates by 05 years.
2. Candidates belonging to the PwBD category having 40% disability or more will get 10 years‟ of relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.

Project Engineer – I: The age limit should not be more than 32 years for General & EWS candidates.

1. The upper age limit will be relaxable for OBC candidates by 03 years and SC/ST candidates by 05 years.
2. Candidates belonging to the PwBD category having 40% disability or more will get 10 years‟ of relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.
3. SSLC/SSC/ISC mark card and any other valid document will be considered as proof of date of birth
