For Deputy Engineer (E-II)-

For Deputy Engineer (E-II)-

• Approved Branches – Mechanical Engineering

Place of Posting for BEL Recruitment 2024:

Salary for BEL Recruitment 2024:

For Senior Engineer (E-III)-

• The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary based on a Pay Scale of Rs.50,000-3%-1,60,000 at the time of joining. In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the Basic Pay as Perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, Medical facilities, and Provident Fund as per the Company’s rules will be part of the remuneration package.

For Deputy Engineer (E-II)-

• The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary based on a Pay Scale of Rs.40,000-3%-1,40,000 at the time of joining. In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the Basic Pay as Perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, Medical facilities, and Provident Fund as per the Company’s rules will be part of the remuneration package.

Tenure for BEL Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for BEL Recruitment 2024 will be engaged on a fixed-term basis for a period of 05 years which may be extended up to a maximum of 02 years (Maximum tenure of 7 years) based on requirements and individual performance.

Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2024, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test followed by an interview. The candidates who qualify in the written test in the ratio of 1:7 for Senior Engineer (E-III) and 1:5 for Deputy Engineer (E-II) will be shortlisted for the interview.

• Written Test will include objective type questions for 85 marks from Technical domain and General Aptitude.
• All candidates shall secure 35% (GEN/OBC/EWS) and 30% (PwBD) as qualifying marks in the written test.
